Come out and watch or join us by walking in your REES Eagle Spirit Wear. If you want to join us and participate, see rules below.

As a participant in the parade, these locations are the closest to the end and start:
If you plan to participate, please plan to arrive by 8:45am. If you arrive after 9 a.m., you will not be able to enter the park. Park and streets will be closing at 9 a.m. No exceptions will be made.
River Eves will be lining up in Zone C. Look for the black Jeep Gladiator and the Eagle! Be sure to wear Spirit Wear and comfortable shoes. You can also bring candy to toss out.
1st and 2nd place will be awarded to each of the remaining divisions: High School (9th to 12th grades), Middle School (6th to 8th grades), Elementary School (Preschool to 5th grade), Commercial (businesses) and Civic Clubs. Division is determined by the age of the greatest percentile of youth participating in the entry except in the commercial & Civic Club Divisions. Judging criteria will include creativity, uniqueness, attractiveness, presentation of theme and compliance with the parade rules.
